Pfeiffer Vacuum has developed the Duo 11 ATEX rotary vane pump especially for processes that take place in explosive environments or for evacuating explosive gases and vapors. It is certified in accordance with ATEX directive 2014/34/EU and meets the high requirements for explosion protection.

Pfeiffer Vacuum experiences solid business development in the first nine months of FY 2016
Pfeiffer Vacuum generated sales of € 337.4 million during the first nine months of 2016 while achieving an EBIT of € 42.1 million and a corresponding margin of 12.5 percent. This resulted in net income of € 29.2 million and led to earnings per share of € 2.96 for the first nine months. The order intake during the reported period amounted to € 342.0 million.
